Contract between Wylie Martin and Henry Scott, September 1, 1833, in which Scott agreed to take charge of Martin's cattle for five years, after which Scott retained one-fourth of the increase.

Wylie Martin came to Texas in 1823 as one of Stephen F. Austin's "Old Three Hundres", settle near Brazoria, and was an active participant in the events leading up to and during the Texas Revolution.
